All prices include FREE domestic shipping. For international buyers, contact us for a price quote.
Your artwork will be professionally wrapped, insured and shipped to you direct from our studio. Our primary shipper is USPS but we may ship UPS or Federal Express for special circumstances.
We appreciate our customers. If you decide to return a painting, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The painting must be in the original packaging and in the same unblemished, undamaged condition to receive a full refund of the cost of the painting less shipping costs.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
We take pride making sure the artwork is packaged professionally so you will receive the painting in pristine condition. However, in the event the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange either a full refund or replacement art piece for you, if you prefer.
Where are you located?
Our studio is currently located in Waimanalo, Hawaii on the windward side of Oahu. If you would like to visit our studio, contact us to set up an appointment. Our studio showings are by appointment only.
What is a Giclèe?
Giclèe is a technology for fine art reproduction using high quality ink jet printers to make individual copies on either archival paper or on canvas. Sixty-five percent of galleries now sell Giclèes.
Giclèe or print reproductions are available for most of the paintings on this website. We offer Giclèes or prints on archival paper or reproductions on canvas. Contact us for prices and sizes and we will be happy to accomodate your request based on what reproduction services are available to us
Do you sell framed and/or matted artwork?
At the present time, all our artwork is unframed and unmatted. However, we will be happy to assist you if you would like to have a painting framed or matted. Contact us for a price quote and for more information.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, we will be glad to take your order by phone. Call us between 8AM and 5PM Hawaii Standard Time Monday through Saturday.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Paypal and Cash. We will accept checks for orders. However, the artwork will not be shipped until the check payment has cleared.
Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
Only artwork sold to residents of Hawaii. If you live in Hawaii, the price will include the cost of the painting plus the current general excise tax amount.
Security - What will you do with my email, address and phone number?
Your email address is used only to communicate with you regarding your order and shipment status. Your contact information and email will be used only to complete the sales transaction. We will not sell your confidential information to any other company or person.
Do you have a newsletter with special offers or activities?
We may periodically publish a newsletter with special offers or upcoming activities. If you would like to receive the newsletter, you can opt in to our free newsletter subscription, or contact us and we will arrange to have the newsletter sent to your preferred email.
